We handle with care all update asking and bug reports and take them all into account. Sometimes we do not post such comments in order for the reviews section to be useful and clear of repetition.
- Will a game be updated?
If a game title doesn't have any version number, it means that the game has been finished and will not be updated. If there is a version number, the game is not finished and will be updated on our site as it is released.
- How can I save the progress?
For RenPy engine games:
Please use the save option at the bottom of the game screen (or by the right mouse click) to open the menu and save the game to a save slot.
Then click the three-line option in the left upper corner and choose the export option.
When you are willing to continue (please don't use the incognito mode), load the game, click the three-line option in the left upper corner, choose the import one, and choose the save in the open window. Then click the Restart option above the rating.
For Text-Based engine games:
Please use the Saves option on the left part of the game screen. You can save your progress in a save slot in the window that appeared and export it using Save to Disk option at the bottom of the window.
When you are willing to continue, use the Load from Disk option to import your progress.
Please pay attention, games without export option use the cookies of your browser for saving your progress. And it can be not saved because of:
- using incognito mode in a browser;
- or using different browsers or devices;
- or the game has been updated;
- clearing the browser history could clear the cookies as well.
A different developer develops each game, so the game's saving process depends on the developer.
- Import doesn't work, what should I do?
Please pay attention to these tips:
- compress the save in the zip archive if it is unpacked;
- don't use the private/incognito mode of your browser;
- use the Restart option (above the rating block) after importing the save.
If nothing helps please share your save with us (just upload it on any file-sharing site like Google Drive and send the link).

- Why does a game not load?
Please try updating your browser or playing in another one. Probably you run out of operative memory on your device, you can try here saving more frequently (please don't forget to export). After export reload the page and continue the game.
- What about the black screens instead of some scenes?
